Terms of Service.

Beta service

The Premium Library is a developing beta. Features, catalogue availability, audio mappings, lyrics, reference vocals, recording tools and interface behaviour may change as testing continues. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or a completion date for beta or Coming Soon songs.

Accounts and access

Use your own account, keep sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Access is personal and must not be shared, sold or transferred. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, rights holders, the catalogue or the service from misuse.

Google Sign-In creates or accesses a Piano Karaoke account; Patreon connection checks a membership directly with Patreon. Neither service gives Piano Karaoke your password. Patreon remains a separate service, and membership billing or cancellation is governed by Patreon.

Current Patreon benefit

The existing Dropbox-based MP3/WAV member library remains the current Patreon benefit where included in a member’s tier. The website Premium Library is an additional beta product being developed separately. Eligibility, features and access arrangements may change with reasonable notice.

Downloads and acceptable use

Tracks and downloads are supplied for the authorised member’s personal singing, practice and performance preparation. You must not redistribute, resell, publicly mirror, scrape, batch-download, share account access or bypass security and entitlement controls. Automated access that interferes with normal operation is prohibited.

Recording Lab

You are responsible for obtaining permission from anyone recorded and for the way you use, publish or distribute recordings created with Recording Lab. Recordings are stored locally in the browser unless you choose to export and move them. You should keep your own copies of anything important; browser data may be lost when storage is cleared or a device changes.

Reports, screenshots and Fast-track requests

When submitting an issue report, provide relevant and lawful material only. Do not upload confidential information or screenshots you do not have permission to share. You allow Piano Karaoke to use the report and screenshot internally to investigate, test and resolve the problem.

Fast-track requests help prioritise work. They do not guarantee that a song will be completed, changed or released by a particular date.

Intellectual property

Piano Karaoke’s website, arrangements, recordings, branding, software and original materials remain protected by their applicable rights. Song titles, compositions, artist names, videos and third-party services may be owned or controlled by their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update, pause or withdraw beta features where needed for security, licensing, quality or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without a guarantee that every feature will be error-free or suitable for every device or purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Support, changes and ending use

You can stop using the service, sign out or request account deletion through Piano Karaoke Support. If a Patreon membership ends or no longer qualifies, related beta access may end. We may update these terms as the product develops; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
